Mountings:  All original Shin-gunto mount. The scabbard has several small dents close to the end of  scabbard and lost some paint.
Overall Condition:  Good original polish .  It has an arsenal stamp of "Seki" on the tang. One very small chip and  several light pittings and some dirt spots.  Temperline and Boshi are visible.
This comes with U.S. army certificate paper for the GI to bring the sword home.
